Good day myLotters!
Whenever I buy anything I need, I am sort of a brand conscious consumer. Aside from the name, (It doesn't have to be expensive) I still rely on its dependability and existence in the market.
When I was a college student, whenever I was given an allowance to spend for my clothes, I buy branded jeans like Levi's.
Now that I am working, I do not put much emphasis on the brand of my clothes. As long as I am comfortable and it fits me well, its fine with me even if I have the money to buy an expensive one. I am more of a practical buyer now.
But I realized, sometimes, I still can't get away from buying the "branded ones"!
Of course, its a "status symbol" if you maintain buying the branded ones. I remember my parents telling me that I pay more for a branded item mainly because I am helping the company pay for the advertisements.
Luckily, I also bought clothing items that are not so known and it did last for years.
What about you?

I'm brand conscious and I want to buy things which has a brand (even if they're not expensive). Mainly because they already have established a reputation and that makes their products commendable for their quality. I believe brands that don't have good quality would never get a lot of support from the consumers, hence, they would never make it big in the consumer industry. I don't know about you, but it's what I believe in.
Anyway, I'm also the type of person who wants to get the most out of his money. So I really want to buy quality products which is in my idea of good aesthetics. It makes me comfortable and confident in my style and that what I'm wearing wouldn't break or get ripped anytime.

You are right jerikjames! I think its about getting the best value for our money! Quality should not be sacrificed. Sometimes, we buy because it last compared to cheap ones that do not last. ;)

No, not really. I don't deny that branded items are tempting. However, I would burn a hole in my wallet just to buy one. What matter to me is the design. If I like I'll buy it, regardless of how cheap it is or unknown the brand is. Of course, if it's expensive, I'll think more than twice to buy it.

Thanks for your response prinzcy!
Buying branded items is really tempting! Sometimes, even if you have the luxury to buy, just think about what extra item you can still buy with that extra price.
Sometimes, people just "show off" to tell people that they can afford to buy expensive items. It is ok if you have the means.:)
