I leave the name on there. After all, it is their link, therefore if it was not for them, I would not have found the place where I had signed up to. Therefore, it is just a good practice to leave the name on. It is just common courtesy to just give someone the benefit. After all, if the situation was reversed, you would want them to do the same for you.
So, yeah, I keep the name on there. It is just the proper thing to do and I don't feel it is right to delete the name. So I keep it on there. After all, they caught my interest. That is not the easiest thing to do. Therefore, they should get some kind of reward. Of course, a lot of the time, I pay little attention to that particular box, but that is just me, so it remains by that virtue.

i never do that because i usually signed up under them. i started a post about online life without no one to turn to in times of need of other facts on how to be successful. referrers are very important entities for most online workers especially when you're a newbie and has a zero background on the sites' how-does-it-work situation. it's also my way of thanking them for introducing me to the site. nice post you have here.

i leave the referrers name there for the same reason the first response stated. If I hadn't seen their link perhaps I wouldn't have found the site without them. As someone who tries to build my downline on sites and works hard at it, I would appreciate it if people left my name as their referrer, so therefore I leave those who refer me as well.
