Me and my boyfriend were talking (well he was doing most of the talking- lol) and he started bringing up all his known faults. He knew that he is an extremely impatient person. He knows that focuses on the most minute things and dwells on them forever. He knows that he can blow things way out of proportion. He knows to make-up for his tendency to be OCD, he tries to be spontaneous about certain things.
I told him that's it good that he knows all that about himself and he went on to say that's true. We began talking about how so many people don't know or acknowledge bits and part of themselves.
This got to me thinking, how well do you think you know yourself? Can you point out all your flaws and faults? Do you ever reflect on your personality and how you deal with people?

I like to write diary to record all feelings in the whole day through which I can know what i am good at,which time of a day i can work efficiently,or what fault i make. This is very helpful to know yourself and can improve your life.

That's actually a very good idea. Being able to read back past thoughts and emotions is a good way to self-reflect.
