I meditate today is in Hebrews 13:5 "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,
"Never will I leave you: never will I forsake you."
God will never leave us, and forsake us.

I meditate on different things at different times. For instance, God has recently brought to my attention, through a sermon, a friend and a web page, that how I react to things are more important than what those things are. A good lesson, and one I have thought over for quite some time.

I use the quiet time I have to read my bible, and I do that early every morning. It is my chance to commune with God, with no interference from the tv or computer. I read the passages set out for that day, and before that, I will spend a little time in prayer first, as we should always pray before we read the bible. I do feel that the time I spend by reading the bible has drawn me closer to the Lord. He has done so much for me that I want to do my part and read His sword and meditate on it. Take care, and may God bless you.
