Is there a fee in sending and receiving money using Perfect Money?

Perfect Money looks great but I quite don't get the fees https://perfectmoney.com/fees.htmls about sending/receiving money from/to another perfect money account.

Not sure on this one, as perfect money is not a site I use for transferring money, i prefer Paypal or Alertpay.
May I suggest that if you cannot find the answer within the website, you perhaps try to send an email to the admin department who should be able to outline all the fees for you.

PerfectMoney seems to become popular after LR no longer here. For exchanges can use e-forexgold.com
