Can it be possible? An old man bought his Volvo in 1966, and his car still running good until now. The mileage shown on the odometer is 6 million miles, and I just can't imagine a car would last that long. That is truly a return of an investment. he said the secret is never lazy about changing oil, and follow the mechanic instruction to do the regular maintenance on his car. Amazing isn't it? I wish I can do that too.

I find that when I divide this mileage, and account for driving it EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR FOR 44 YEARS IT AVERAGES OUT TO 4,545.5 miles every day for the life of the car. I find this VERY HARD TO BELIEVE, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE. Are you certain of those figures?

I made a mistake in my calculations. The actual number should be, if driven every day for the life of the car 373.343 per day. That is not so much for some folks who might live in west Texas, for example. It is still a LOT MORE THAN I DRIVE, THOUGH.
