Ohhh in office people also such habit gossiping or backbiting telling about the persons behind them. Really bad habit but no one try to leave it.

Your best move to initiate is just ignore them all. Let them feel that you're not guilty because you are not affected eventually. People like them are always present in the society, their job is to talk about and tormenting people's life. They are like PEST that infested in the environment and bring disease to public health. Same goes to gossipers, they are stabbing your back without your knowledge. Insect pest and Human pest both gives important role to balance the environment and society. But in the event that massive infestation and huge destruction/nuissance having brought by them. Well, GET RID OF THEM....Lol!

It is quite amazing how people spend their time gossiping and creating rumors while at work. However whether or not they are busy some people just choose to be this way and I am one that although I can hear it, rarely put my two cents in it as once my back is turn I am sure they will comment something about me. It is just the way people are and well we really can't control ignorance.

People need gossip because they can't stand just doing work all day. Never mind if it's true or not but they need some adrenaline. Even though some of them maybe too much or just nothing at all people still need gossip to carry on in their lives and would do almost anything to get away from work.
