The most likely cause of your connection problems will be that the network server is down. When you connect to the internet using 3G, data is sent from your phone or computer and passes through your Network Providers servers. From there it goes to another server to get the website you requested. If it can't get past the BSNL Server then it can't connect to the internet, which is why it keeps disconnecting. That happens a lot to me on my network, which is O2.

well.. i was having bsnl internet at my home and its always like it. BSNL is having this kind of problems and i guess they never think about correction... well i don't know about current situation as i don't having internet connection of BSNL currently.. So i was telling about past.

There is also one of mine friends who are using bsnl 3g from micromax modem. And he also face problem of connectivity. Because many times internet disconnected while he works. So when he contacted to customer care then they told him this is the problem of server. So I think bsnl server always being very busy so this problem happen again and again.
