Buy Houses Without Money, Without Credit, Without Waiting For Prices...Would You

I once took a seminar on the theme of the property where the seminar is taught strategy of how we buy houses without money, without credit and without waiting for prices. Although so far I personally have not been able to practice this strategy, if it can sense you all?

There are some strategies in buying houses with out any starting capital. However unless you are gong to fix and turn around and sell it or perhaps rent it out. It is a risky area as something may break down and without any funds it would be difficult to maintain.

I heard about this too, I was told that you can buy a house, and just start renting it right away. Obviously you have to rent the house for more than the mortgage payment. Seems pretty risky, better hope nothing goes terribly wrong with it as far as plumbing, and things of that nature. You also need to make sure the house is up to city codes or you will be in a world of hurt.
