How can I add funds to my paypal account?

I want to add funds to my Paypal account but it says that that feature is not allowed. My account is not yet verified. Are there other ways to add funds? Like, can I send from GCash to Paypal? Or from Western Union to Paypal?

You can only use Paypal currency when unverified. You can't put in a balance if not. You'd have to use a credit card. You can buy from people their Paypal balances if you're not ready to verify just yet and still wanna do the transactions. For example - you can pay via Western Union 50$ worth to Mr. Exchanger and he will then put in 45$ to your Paypal account. PM me if you need some advice I know a few trusted exchangers in different countries.

I have some money in my paypal account enough to pay what I need to pay for. However, paypal won't allow me to pay for it. It keeps on asking me to link my card first.

Paypal doesn't accept my debit card. Is there another way? Like a while ago, I found out that I can send money from one Paypal to another Paypal.

like my paypal. i want to verified my account. and now it is verified using my debit card. paypal will accepts any debit card or credit card. and also you need to have an minimum 5$ on your debit card to accept it.

Are you sure they are not accepting your debit card? Because if they accept your debit card, and after you verify it with the 4 code numbers they sent to you, then yes you won't be able to add fund but whenever you want to transfer money to any other paypal account, they will take the money straight from your debit card, so there's really no need to add funds in your paypal account. But like you said they are not accepting your debit card so I don't really know what other way to fund your account. I hope you find a solution soon.I don't think it is possible to use western union to fund your paypal account too.
