how do i know whether this girl likes me?

Everyday as i come home from college riding on my bicycle, i see a girl who lives in my neighborhood who is a complete stranger to me.
As i pass by her she looks up and since i am riding on my cycle i get only 3-5 secs to see her face to face.
I am interested in this girl as she is the first girl who has looked eye to eye with me as a stranger.
So how do i decide whether she likes me or not?
How do i approach her? i get only a few moments as i ride my bike

If she looks up every single time, then you can pretty much guess that shes 'interested,' This doesnt necessarily mean she 'likes' you but its a start. Try to make some kind of opening gesture so that you can talk to her. An example of this would be that you could stop and ask her for the time... that way you can get talking to her and ask for her name and take it from there :).. Don't be afraid.. Be Brave :D

you couldnt tell by just ataring that she likes you too bro.. you to make a move. because somtimes eyes are very tricky.. you dont know what she really thinks about you. just dont forget that first impression sometimes last so make sure that your first move will be great. good luck bro
