As we all know that keeping a pet is a fashion. However, keeping a pet is a hotly debated topic. Some
people think it is a good thing. They believe that pets ,like cats and dogs, can help relieve the
loneliness. And also keeping a pet can help mankind to understand animal's world. Some people hold
the opposite view.First, the major origin of infection of disease come from pets, especially
dogs.Secondly, pets pollute the environment around which we live.Last,it also have some negative
influence, like many people will hunt animals as birds.
In my opinion,I like pets but I don't like keeping pets.I think keeping pets will bring me some
trouble.

Hi,koaebryant,I like dogs very much and I always want to take a dog as my pet.But my husband doesn't like it.He thinks that dog is too dirty and he suggest me to take bird as a pet. At last I decide not to have any pet. To have a dog is my dream.

My dear koAebryant, I don't know if there is something wrong with the Chineese culture or what you wrote here is only your personal oppinion. Yet I refuse to believe that every Chinese thinks that keeping a pet is a fashion. Because it isn't.
People who think this way don't deserve to own a pet.
Can you sustain the information you wrote?
For example:
"the major origin of infection of disease come from pets, expecially dogs".
or
"pets pollute the environment around wich we live".
Are there any studies to prove this or it's only your oppinion?

I don't know what goushi means, but I suppose your complain has something to do with dogs' poop. If my supposition is right, I do face the same problem. Oh, well, I may not see dog poop wherever I go, but I see it more often than I would like to.
But, my dear, this is not dogs' fault! This is their owners' fault.
If a person decide to get a dog, he is responsible to clean after his dog. Nobody should be forced to step on dog's poop on the sidewalk.
So, the major origin of infection of disease come from irresponsible owners, and not from pets.

Hi,
I don't think I would like to have a pet. :) It needs patience and much care. I'm afraid I cannot care it well if I have one.
Living freely is good to me. :) Doing something I'd like to do, and finding some tasty foods to eat. Then, life is great.
I do think having a pet will bring me so much trouble that I won't like it any more.

I love animals in fact I have two indoor cats, a dog, a bird and three fish! My house is very clean and there are no dangerous germs in our environment because part of the responsibility I have for my pets is to clean up after them and ensure that our home is hygienically acceptable. Having my animals especially my cats makes my life so much more enjoyable, they are the greatest source of unconditional love and I could not imagine an existence without pets. If you’ve never had a pet you don’t know what you are missing. Yes they can be hard work but they are worth every minute!

Having pets is a big responsibility, especially dogs. They take time, dedication, energy and money. For some they are too much work. For myself, I couldn't imagine life without them. I have three dogs and all the time, work, money and effort I put into them I get paid back in love 100 fold. Every single day they make me smile, when I can't sleep they sit at my side, when I am sad they our constant friends. They make sure i exercise as I have to keep them healthy, which keeps me healthier. They are great and yes, they are a bit of trouble, but so very very much worth it!!

Hello, I love pets specially doggies. I grew up with cats taken care of my older sisters and dogs who comes and go. I most of the time put in trouble by my dogs. My female dog bite my niece's playmate. We had the girl injected, her grandmother said the first injection was enough, she is my mother's friend. My pets had issues like stealing food from my sibling's room and poo and urinating in their room. My sister in law didn't like my pets, I don't care, if she don't like my pets she can buy a house. I'd like to bring more pets in our house, I like to make it a mini zoo but I can't do that we have many family members and house extension. There are kids and babies too.

Me and my family love to have pets, we have dogs, chicken, and cats. Though they do give us a trouble but since we love them and we knew they are a human, so we don't expect them to not give us a trouble. It's true that they help you ease depression, stress and loneliness but this only works with some people like pet lovers, not to everyone. We always make sure our pet is vaccinated and clean.

I have two dogs and three cats- plus pet rabbits. They can be a real pain in the butt sometimes, but I love them all, I can't imagine not having a pet!
I don't believe that dogs spread a lot of disease, rats yes, but those are wild rats, not domesticated pets.
