Am I relaying what is in my mind right? Burnt-out at work

I wanted to post this one somewhere else but I am not sure if what I will be relaying has the right message which is in my mind. Here's the message: " Defeat of our passion, inspiration and creativity can lead to giving up the fight for change. I envy those who dare leave the path they used to tread on, to try a better 'walk' where smiles are real and inspiration, passion and creativity do still exist". This is about being burnt-out at work. May I know what you understand of this message?
