Kernel_Stack_Inpage_Error- what to do?

Guys,
from last few days i have been receiving Kernel_Stack_Inpage_Error in Windows XP sp2 - a lot. Blue Screen keeps on coming a lot.
What to do, i have tried chkdsk but it goes clean.
Any suggestions?

Wew... it's ever happened to me also.
I think, Reinstalling your windows with original CD will solving your problems.
may be your system file was gone or infected by virus or worm...
after reinstalling, my suggestion update your windows for security reason...

may a boot sector virus. Do u have any solution for boot sector viruses??
