I cannot concentrate on myself

when I have to read something, the scene that has no connection with what I am reding jump up my brain.It is beyond my control.there will be some days that the exam will begin,I must put my whole power and sentiment into the study so as to I can reach the the height to arrive at my goal.the only thing I can do is to keep the quantity about time but not quality. please pay attention this discussion and give me some advices to avoid the situation and make most of the time to enable me to achieve the goal.thanks all
