Is there better affiliate tools for Helium?

I have been doing Helium for some time and in terms of a paid to write site, I must say that Helium is the best, or at least to me and to some of my friends. Yet, it is really annoying that the only way to get referral for Helium is to send a e-mail! It is a good site and when I posted my first payment proof from Helium, many of my friends are interested. Yet, as the only way for my friends to become my referral is through receiving a e-mail, some of my friends simply cannot wait and join Helium without becoming my referrals! For those who are experienced to Helium, do you know if there are other ways to refer friends besides e-mail? I mean, something more convenient like a referral link so that I can put under my photo? If the answer is no, may I ask if there are other better paid to write sites that work more or less like Helium but offer some better affiliate tools? By means of "more less like Helium" I mean at least it provides passive income and have similar paying rate as Helium. (Except Triond, I have tried that but it keeps rejecting my passage without good reasons)
