Can I submit my works on both site? Will I violate something if I publish my works on both of them?

Triond only accepts original articles that has never been published on the net before. So you need to publish it there first. I have not tried reposting my articles on Helium though.

If you want to push your articles on both sides you should first post your article on triond first, then heilum as triond doesn't accept reputate articles.
I have used the two sites for long times but I don't like triond that does not pay me generously. helium is a very good site for writers. So now I spend more of my time on Helium and can get paid every month.

You can submit to both, but you have to be careful how you do it. Triond only accepts work that hasn't been published anywhere else, so you have to submit there first. Helium has a format for publishing there. Your article has to have the same name as the others about that subject. You can't just put up an article with your own title. If you're serious about publishing on both sites, you should read the rules and guidelines, especially for Helium. Helium requires you to read and rate as well as post your work. Their rules are also pretty complicated.
