It is really bothering me to see my hair fall from time to time. I can see my hair all over my piilows, bed, couch, rest room,on the floor, anywhere. Sometimes I don't comb my hair if Im just at home because its really alarming seeing a bulk of hair falling. How would I treat it?

HAve you tried changing shampoo? If you have a long hair try to cut it short maybe it will help lessen the hairfall..Or better consult to dermatologist for other remedy..

By changing shampoo it may be wont be result much, try to avoid the shampoos which contain sodium laureth or sodium laurel and use organic shampoos.Am not saying this help in reducing hairfall, first to tell you clearly shampoo is just an cleanser which is useful for cleaning our hair, thats the work of shampoo,it wont help in any reducing hairfall. But if you use shampoo containing sodium laurel or laureth indegrent it may damage your hair, generally thi sodium laureth or laurel are used in detergents,so if use organic shampoos they are safe.Try minoxidl approved by fda.

I don't know a lot about hair loss, but if it's bothering you as much as i think it is, you should immediately contact your local doctor. Otherwise review your diet, and see if there is anything there which is affecting you!
