right now i am in the process of dropping the weight. I only want to lose like 40 pounds. first I am doing a body cleanse. Wow that is an experince for sure. Once I am done with this i will start my work out and just continue to eat the right foods and not over eat. I am cutting out all snacks and no more soda. just tea and water. I looking to reach my goal by my birthday which is in Dec.

I need to lose about fifty pounds, I have lost ten. I am not working on it as hard as I should. I am not really working on it at all. Maybe next week.

I am have a good little chuckle. You sound a bit like me; I am just pretending I am not working on it. This way it will feel like a big surprice when I succeed.

No! I wish. I realize this discussion is a little old..But I'm responding to it anyone since I just started my own diet. My weight loss goal is 30 pounds! And I have lost about 2 so far. LOL! So I'm just getting started. Wish me luck! And good luck with you, if you're on a weight loss journey as well!

I have reached my goal plenty of times with different methods. I lost 15 lbs in weeks the first time I tried that diet. But I could never lost that much of the same diet again. I fasted once for 10 days and lost 11 pounds. I wasn't doing it for weight, but that was a nice bonus!

Ten day fast; what kind of fast was it? Was it like a body fast with juices or a spiritual fast? Curious because there are so many fasts going on these days?
