When I Go Out To Dinner I Usually Look For A Restaurant That Has A Salad Bar

I just have to have some sort of salad when I go out to eat usually we go to buffets you get more for your money that way but I just can't eat a meal without some sort salad be it a garden salad or something I may create from the bar and hot vegetables are a must too be it brocolli or green beans,it helps fill me up
and I don't eat as much meat at all which is the way I want it.
I won't get that over stuffed feeling which I don't like at all so I avoid overstuffing myself but I admit sometimes its hard to do when your hungry

I enjoy restaurants that provide a salad bar. i would much rather make my own salad that accept what a restaurant may bring to me at my table. there are just more choices and options with a salad bar.@Cherryd41 (1119)

Yeah your right 
I don't I would rather make my own salad at a bar than to have a waitress bring it to me they always seem to put to much dressing on the salad so I got used to get mine on the side ,also I like getting another salad when I'm ready to eat it not have to wait for someone to bring it to me

I like salad too its much easier to get it when you go out because I am only one person and salad stuff always goes bad at my house. I use to try and eat three salads a week but then I got sick of it. I would like to eat one salad a week but they don't make single serving portions except at restaurants

Yes salad can go bad quickly if noones eating it but you I've had a few bags go bad on me before simply because it was a great sale on it and I got greedy and decided to buy up a bunch of bags I really thought we could it eat but we eventually got tired of it and a couple of the bags went bad

I love a good salad bar & can make my meal at one.I eat quite afew salads at home but not every day. I would get tired of anything if i ate it every day no matter how much i like it.

You have a point there anything I eat over and over again I would eventually get tired of it even salad but thank goodness I don't eat it everyday but frankly I eat salad a few times a week but I like the salad bars better than my salad sometimes because they have much more stuff to put in the salad than I have here at home

I look for good salads in a restaurant, but don't necessarily need a salad bar . It is, of course, a plus, because of the many and varied offerings and choices.
I also like the kind of salad bars that offer soups and maybe some other goodies in addition.
But, unless it's a whole meal, it can be too much food in addition to entrees.
