Some people learn at schools, some others at work. The learning methods available today are endless and include the internet, textbooks, conversations, observations, experiments and many more. What factor do you believe has the largest portion or contribution to your learning? Please don't make vague statements like "experience", try to elaborate.

well, schools are undeniable. but it depends on the student on how they will perform. because even you are studying in a prestigious school and you are not serious with your studies then it would be nothing. the students in the school builds the name of the school and not the school builds the name of the student. :D
i prefer textbooks rather that internet. its better to read them than screens of computers. you can also highlight the important words and jot down notes beside the text.
seminars are also helpful. our school is always conducting a seminar about different things like personality development, balancing the personal and professional life and many others. before, i am not fond of attending seminars like that because it cost a lot. but when i tried, (because it is required) i enjoyed it and i learned a lot. it like someone is advising you about their topic and they are real speakers who knows how to communicate with the crowd. one time, the seminar that i attended more or less took 5 hours. i never felt sleepy or bored within that period because i'm enjoying and i am learning a lot. next week we will conduct a seminar about taxation. (hope that i will feel the same way like the last seminar i've mentioned :D)
i'm also learning from reading novels of different authors especially Paulo Coelho. i love his remarkable statements like "if you want something the universe all conspires in helping you to achieve it." i can apply it in my everyday living by having a positive outlook of the world. because i am a fan of Paulo in facebook, i can read his inspirational words that he shares.
can you believe that i also learn from the quotations i receive everyday? most of my classmates are fond of forwarding messages which include the meaningful messages about life, God and yourself.
family and friends are also sources of learnings! :D
