for me yeah!
based on my experienced. health care is very helpful because i dont really have enough savings just in case something will happened. we dont know what will happen right? but im praying always that me and my kids will always in good health.
as an employee we do have a health card, and i enrolled my two boys even if its a big deduction on my salary, ill just close my eyes on it because it is important.
what do you think?

I was debating this over the summer when our premiums went up, and then my daughter got injured. We first went to the pediatrician, that was 150 give or take a few bucks. Then we got referred to the specialist the office visit was 140, and then there were x-rays and an MRI, that brought the cost up to over 1000 dollars. Even if I put what we pay on premiums every year into a savings account, even one of these a year, or me having another child would completely deplete that account.

this is a big YES!
you can never know when you'll need it. plus if you have a family, a healthcare is good because if one of you gets sick your finances won't be affected too much. :)

I pray that your family will remain very healthy. I don't have to worry about that. Fortunately, I have VA benefits from the time I served in the Army. It is good for some people. I hope it works out.

I do think health care is required just like you said that it covers the time when things went wrong. The problem with saving account is that the amount is usually much less than what we want it to be and they are almost always used in other ways then reserved for hospitals.
As we are living longer and longer, it is almost certain that something will go wrong with our body sooner or later and that makes health care makes sense.

Yes, it is very important to think of health care. In this changing world, one has to be vetry cautious of one's health and it is necessary that a person goes for regular check ups.

Health care is definitely necessary. Without it, i think alot of us really cant afford to get ill or fall sick. Just those medical bills alone is enough to wipe out our entire lifetime savings. hehe Just like what US is facing now, president obama is trying so hard to implement healthcare but the rest of parliament is refusing to accept it. I dun understand what's going thru those politician's mind. Is profit and money really that important as compared to life?

Definitely, health care is really necessary. We should always take care of ourselves. we don't know that we will be a victim of sick. So we should pay extra attention on our health. I have to confessed that i don't normally visit the doctor, but it should be a must to be sure that we are healthy. anyway, i have one daughter and i am glad that she was not prone to sick. She was growing healthy and i hope this will continue as she growing up.
I am glad that i have philhealth this card will help me and my daughter in case we got sick. Well, just love ourselves and i'm sure we will not get sick.

Yes health care is necessary and I also caring for my health. Because there are also many deceases that we not know that how they entering in our body so it is necessary to go to doctor for every months for complete body checkups. Because only a doctor can tell you about your health care.

I am a bit spoiled because our company pays for my extended health care. So I really don't have to worry about it when we go to the doctors. Even the medicine get reimbursed if and when I remember to put in a claim.
I'm sure I'm going to miss it if it gets taken away, so yes, I think it's important, and very necessary.

Health is wealth. When you are healthy, you never hesitate to do even difficult tasks. Whole days becomes happy. If you have wealth and money but you not not healthy, which turns you illness and in many diseases, then all days goes very boring and depriving. Health is very important part of life

It is definitely a must have. I had my eye cataract removed few years ago, and that cost me around $3000. But luckily I have bought the health card earlier by one year and manage to cover the surgery fees with it. It just happen without giving any sign. I think the health card really save me a lot of money.

Yeah, its very much important and necessary because we don't know what will happen tomorrow, even how much we take care of our health. That's why me and my family always take precautionary measures on health by taking only nutritious food and preventions like taking vitamins with exercise.

Health care is as important as breathing. Anyone should take care of their own health, unless they have enough wealth for 7 generations.
Teaching children about health care must be started from age 6 and up. I think it is a good idea to teach them how to take care of themselves.

Definitely yes! Having a healthcare gives me a sense of security specially now we don't know what might happen in the future. In case of emergency and I don't have any cash in my wallet I just need to present my healthcard in the hospital then I can have any medical pocedure that I need.
