Is this PTR site any good?

Hello my fellow myLotters.
I was searching Google for some PTR email sites and came across one called HTmail.
I'm just wondering if it's any good, as the website itself doesn't look as appealing as other PTR's like InboxDollars.
Are there any myLotters who have heard of this site, or are members, and if so have you been paid?
Just want to check it's ligitimate before I sign up. Thank you in advance for your help.

yes this is a good and trusted site and I am a member there for years.but the unfortunate thing is you will get mails very rarely so reaching the high pay out limit is not possible......you will not believe I have just one dollar after three years in that site.........so I would say you can just have that account as a passive account if you want...........

Thank you very much for your reply.
$1 in 3 years is really poor, but as you said I would be better using that as a passive account and choose InboxDollars or Hits4Pay as primary accounts.
