who is your neighbor?

can we called neighbor even if he/she has a bad attitude?,or even they didn't recognized you. sometimes... someone or somebody will tell this is my neighbor if their house are too close...or very too much close to each other. giving something that can enhance their financial,physical,or emotional needs. but for me.. i do call word neighbor if they are the one who call you neighbor too. because sometimes they just pretending or because of your money or what you have for now... after all they will leave you after you don't have money.they leave you as a simple like a thing that doesn't have life. i do call also my neighbor if doing something that doesn't think in return. doesn't value those things that he/ she has given to you. doesn't counting those actions spend during when you need each other. selecting a neighbor is like when you select your best needs nor demand.select those primary needs which can supply you until the end of your life. that they will come to you and don't leave you whatever happen. for high or low problem...they present when you need them...that they didn't back fight to you what maybe happen or decision being done. because searching and having true neighbor is not easy to get and we must select the best of the best . and always to forgive and forget the thing that made you angry.don't be a great pretender and boastful. too much that kind of attitude can cause you pain inside of your heart that cannot be heal until you forgive and forget.thank you!
