I used to do mouthwash every day before going to sleep. Then I read a article in a newspaper, it mentioned that mouthwash effects teeth and gums. When I consulted a dentist and asked him about the side effects, he too agreed it. After that I stopped using a mouthwash. For a health teeth and gums, brush twice a day and twice a year dental checkups is enough.

I gargle first in the morning, when I wake up. I gargle after i brush my teeth. I again gargle every time I finish eating. I always bring with me a mouthwash whenever and wherever I go. More convenient to bring a mouthwash than brushing when you are in the mall or restaurant. So, mouthwash really is a part of my stuffs in my bag.

I'm never use mouthwash. I think toothbrush 2 times a day is enough to maintain a healthy mouth and teeth. If still not enough, I'm usually just rinse it
