binge eating

how many of you have control on what you eat? Do you people always buy eateries on impulse. how many times have you indulged yourself into the junk foods like rich creamy cakes, dark chocolate cakes and the likes. All men seem to opine that women love chocolate. Do you women really love them. i like them once in a while, on special occasions only. are you very particular about the food you eat. do you follow any strict regime or something? do tell me. it might be of some help. i dont follow any dieting method, but i dont like to indulge in junk foods all the time.

I indulge myself sometimes. Definately not everyday, most days I try to keep a limit on my eating. I try to eat lower calorie foods and healthy things. Although I do eat fast food as well, because it's filling and cheap. Also I cannot resist having sweets at least once a week. I always have some chocolate around that I buy and candies. I don't even always want them, I don't have a sweet tooth all the time. Some days I don't even want sweets or junk food but feel like eating light foods, the days I have migraines I don't really have much of an appetite because they make me feel ill aswell. So though I hate having them, I guess it helps me be healthier in a way.

yes, having them in excess will make one ill. i think, eating them just because its filling is not a very good idea. even i suffer from these migranes, so are they caused because of my indulgence in junk food. ok i'l try and curb them more and c if i'm free of the headaches.

for me i don't control on what i eat, for those who are health conscious it's better to stick on a healthy diet or the best trick is to eat everything in moderation. It should always be balance.

hi,
if you have no control on your eating, then do you burn what you eat. either u must burn all the calories piled up or eat moderately. yes, i agree moderation is the key to manage diet perfectly.

I'm rarely eat junk food like you mean. For me, it's just a waste of money. Eating home cooking is enough for me. more healthy

ok good to know that u give home ccoked food more preferance. its hard to find men who do that. home cooked food is sure to be healthy u c.

Well I eat everything I want but in a small amount..:) thats the best way not to gain weight..we should limit what we eat..but atleast we can try everything.. but I usually eat a lot of fruits actually.. :) either peach,orange, strawberry most everyday:) I just love fruits.. and if I dont wanna eat rice I will just eat rice cake..love breads too..but we have to admitt they are usually sweet:)

then dont u feel hungry all the time.. i think fruits are digested very quicky and make one hungry soon. ok i'l make a note of it to include more fruits in my daily diet. so u never eat sweet preparation??
