Gender Equality? --or Gender Inequality? Are Male and Female Equal?

Are male and female equal? --in terms of s_x, work, salary pay and so on. What is the role of each female in our human society? Though some people say that male and female are equal, there are some people who discriminate female from other countries in other situations. One example is the country of Saudi Arabia. Women are required to cover their whole body from head to foot, except the eyes with a cloth. I am thinking if male and female are really equal to human society, then why there are some women can't have their own freedom of expression like Saudi Arabia? Based on what I heard, women are not allowed to drive a car.

I agree with you. Hu hu hu. In my own country, based on my experience and the way I see it, I feel as if the society did really showed us that both male and female are not equal... hu hu hu (T_T)

The equality between genders are more better today than before. Though not all countries apply this but you will see that most of female gender are given the same or equal treatment as men. It is true that in Arab countries they have different roles for men and women. Women usually stays home and take care of the family while the men works for the family. There are some opportunities women miss in Arab countries (as my experience tells me they give more priority to child born male)
