"Where's my Earnings gone"?

I have been offline for a period of time due to lack of money and connection issues. Now that i am back online i came to one of my favourite sites (MyLot) and noticed that my earnings (around £7 - £8) had returned to zero and i was classed again as a new user! Im very dissapointed and have contacted MyLot but still not heard anything?! As im only online for short periods of time my earnings too a long time to go up anyway, but dont get me wrong im not just here for money, i actually enjoy the discussions (well some of them). I understand that i was away for a while but didnt think this would affect my earnings as it didnt affect my account and i am still able to sign in so i was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and whether they managed to resolve this issue. Like i said i enjoy the site anyway but it was nice to see some earnings adding up so you could imagine how upsetting it is to discover that your earnings have dissappeared. I would love too know what people think about this please comment thank you.
