Something strange happen today. I try to log in to my alert pay account but it always show that the user email and password are not match. What make me wonder and feel suspicious, I never change my password for all this while.
So I suspect that somebody try to hack my account. In term of security on the net, i think i have the lowest security level. I have almost the same password for all the site I've join. Maybe this scam PTC site have my email password and try to hacked into my alert pay account. Luckily there is nothing inside my alert pay account. As it is not hard to reset the alert pay password. So as the solution, I just change my primary e mail to my alert pay account.
Have any of you ever experience this?

I don't know, that does definately suspicious though yeah. Have you downloaded any files that could possibly be viruses lately? Mainly it would be .exe files that you would have to be careful about. If you have, and even if you havn't it would probably be best to scan your pc for malware with a program like Malware Bytes or something.
You could be keylogged or hacked, and that could really be bad. If you don't think it's that, then maybe you have been phished or something without noticing. It can happen a lot.
Anyway, good luck and let me know if this helped :)

This has never happened to my AlertPay account, and I'm really sorry that it happened to you. I used different password too and I always remember them. I hope I will never actually get any problem either with my paypal or alertpay because they are both link to my debit card.
It's good that you have solved your problem, be more careful in the future because anything can happen on Internet and the only person who can prevent that from happening to your account again is you. Happy mylotting and have a nice day
