If an online friend seeks your opinion and express his/her wish to meet you during his/her visit to YOUR CITY on their personal / business trip. Would you meet him/her? What would be your first feeling? Is it possible in general to have a meet in person? pls. share your views.

Surely I would like to meet an online friend.. till now I have never met any online friend.. If some one who became my friend online I would definitely like to meet him.. I think I would be excited to share some knowledge about the city with him..

Absolutely in a heart beat. I have bonded with so many members on here that I think it would be great to put a face/body to all the writing.
Oh guy and or girl, as I find we have interacted in ways that meeting would be great.

Maybe. It all depends on the prior relationship online. Also, I'd probably on meet in a very public place for safety reasons.

Yes, why not? If I like them online, the chances are high I will like them offline too, so I see no harm it in. I would only meet them in a public place the first time though!

mmm..... may be u r expressing another angle. chances are there. i accept this too. but too great extent, i believe most people online are decent. we can gauge thro the way they discuss here it self. may be single digit percentage.

Yes. If my online friend comes to my city then i will definately meet his. I would just like to know what his behavior is in person.. And also would likd to how he/she looks and know whether he was saying truth on chat or not. It in fact will be very exciting..

Definitely I will meet .. because we have built a good relationship online and the same will continue in direct meeting also ...
Suppose if it was a girl, definitely the reactions will be romantic and different compared to meeting boys .. ( I am a guy) .. !

of course. but since u r a guy, if a guy visit, then also u meet. if it is yes, i really appreciate. my answer is also YES. and in friendship, i believe no gender discrimination. and if it happens as u said, its an added feather in the cap.
