Problem copying a domain user profile to a local user profile

I have logged into a PC as a domain admin and in System-Advanced-User-Profile-Settings. I have highlighted the local profile of a domain user but the 'Copy To' button is disabled. How can I copy this domain user's local profile to a local user's profile?
