Cash Gopher Software Installation

i am having the exact same problem. my computer wont let me install cash gopher on my windows xp. it just pops up with an error code saying "cannot start application. application download did not succeed. check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider." but my internet connection works perfectly. i am only able to use the cash gopher program on my PC (linux). but i also want to use it on my laptop (windows xp)
