Regular number of hours sleeping..

As adults,we rarely have the right amount of sleep a day.I've learned that we need to have 6-8 hours of sleep/day. Would that be your case? in my case,i could sleep more than those hours but still feel tired anyway.Why do you think it happens?

Lack of sleep and too much of it are both harmful. We must have an exact hours of sleeping. I also feel the same way whenever I sleep too long especially when the weather is cold and I can't woke up because I want to cover myself with warm blanket.

Sleeping more than your required hours of sleep will definitely make you feel tired. I sleep for ten hours regularly but when i reach twelve, it doesn't feel right. I feel kinda tired.

Sleep is when you recharge and when the battery gets old it needs to be replaced
I guess thats how our body works too.
