Encouraging young people..

With the rising number of technologies available.Young people are more interested with the new stuff - the computer,playing games and etc. They can be preoccupied with several things that reading books could be the least thing they have on their mind. How can you encourage young people to read books?

I think it is just a favorite to reading and to learn from the books or from the internet .another is questions that which is the more efficient between the books and books online to you.
just choose the best way which could make youself feel comfortble.
