Okay, so here it is.
A co-worker (1) has for a year along with two other colleagues tried to do everything for me to quit my job and work elsewhere.
The past week, co-worker 1 got into trouble with the other two and these two have now been very kind and nice to me suddenly. One of them has even notified a colleague of bullying. I now have one of the emotions that they want my help to remove the coworker 1 I'm certainly of the view that she should be removed.
But feel lost because the other two first appeared on her attempts to get rid of me.
What would you do? Thanks for your opinion.

My advice would to continue to be yourself, don't be dragged into the conflict.

you should do what you want to do usually .be friendly to your co-worker all the time when you are in the office .just smile to them and never say ok or no when they want to implement plot.

HI Anetteh, if I was you, no I would rather stay away from their business. First you saw what they were trying to do to you, then now they turned to you and wanted to get rid the other one now. What does that show to you? They are not even a good friend at all. Because sooner or later, if they suddenly have a problem with you again, then they will do exactly the same thing again.
So you can be friend with them but do not ever start this gang thing with them. It is not appropriate to do that at work, and yes working place is certainly not a place for grown-ups to do that but it is a place to earn a money from, for your family to be able to eat. Unless you don't mind losing your job when all this get revealed to your employer. Happy mylotting and have a nice day

I have given this much thoughts and my conclusion is I will stand on my own two feets. These three people will not get my help in any way. Not becouse I wont be involved, but just becouse I will give my story out to our bosses and let them know that none of these three people is without faults in this matter. You cant change your colors to save your own skin.
Thanks for the respond I do apriciate it. This is not an easy problem to solv. It is never fun. But it is a workplace and not a play ground.

No, no, no. They sound like two nasty people who are just trying to get people fired. Did you like it when they were trying to get you fired? Probably not. Co-worker 1 was a total jerk, but do not do what they did to you or else you're stooping to their level. You can be nice to them, but I would stay away from them if I could because it sounds like they're just trying to drag you into bad things.

My problem is I am my coworkers workplace representative, that means I probably will be involved in this matter. However, my conclusion is not to be used to save two of them, when all three of them cant behave as adults. My self being bullied buy them will just tell my story and the bosses will make their own opinion of this matter.
You cant change your colors just to save your own skin.
