Hi anyone, I feel a little bit upset and dismayed today. Is it my computer or it's mylot's part of the security purposes? Why is it that when I've been idle with mylot just a couple of minutes or maybe longer I will be logged off? I was just a little dismayed because this was not the first time, when about to post my response another account will be logged in since there are 3 members here in the company. What will I do, does mylot has something to do with it?

That's really strange because I will never get logged off of mylot even if I stay logged for the whole night and not doing anything at all there but sleeping. You should try to contact mylot admin regarding this problem because I haven't heard anyone else yet complaining about the same thing. Hope you get this solve very soon and do let us know when you found out what exactly is happening. Sorry for not being able to give a clue because as I said I never heard anyone complaining yet and having the same problem. Good luck and have a nice day

Thanks kodukodu, this response was a great help, now I know that mylot has nothing to do with this. That is why I didn't blame it on the site directly, I asked help first from anyone since I'm just new here. I'm not that upset anymore. But I hope somebody will give a more detailed answer to this discussion to prevent this things from occurring again.

Yes I agree on that based also in my personal experience. I don't know why there's instances like that. Maybe if it would take long minutes opening your account that would cause problem on the program. I don't think so....maybe that's it, I guess!

That's weird! I don't think it's MyLot though, because I have moments where I am idle for HOURS. And I've never been logged off on Firefox. I have been logged off on Explorer before, so maybe it's your server?
