Yes, I love love songs from rock band of the 80s era. And the sound the lead guitar makes it even better.
To name a few, I listened to Def Leppard's-Have you ever needed someone so bad and Love Bites. Bon Jovi's - I'll be there for you, Gun N' Roses-November Rain, White Lion - You're all that I need , Alias - I need you now..etc..
So, care to add more on this list and I may listen to?

Yes there were lots of brilliant rock love songs in the 80's. Here are some of my favourites:
Boston - More Than A Feeling
Foreigner - I Want To Know What Love Is
Foreigner - Waiting For A Girl Like You
REO Speedwagon - Keep On Lovin' You
Style Council - You're The Best Thing
Whitesnake - Is This Love?
There are so many that I like that I couldn't possibly name them all.

I agree, glam rock rules! These were bands that brought us those killer ballads - I REMEMBER YOU BY SKID ROW, TO BE WITH YOU - MR BIG, HIGH ENOUGH - DAMN YANKEES, FAITHFULLY BY JOURNEY, LOVE AND AFFECTION BY NELSON, PLUSH BY STONE TEMPLE PILOTS, TOO MUCH LOVE WILL KILL YOU BY BRIAN MAY, HERO BY WARRANT, SOMETHING TO BELIEVE IN BY POISON, EVERY ROSE HAS IT'S THORN BY POISON, LOVE OF MY LIFE BY QUEEN, TWO STEPS BEHIND BY DEF LEPPARD, ALL I WANNA DO IS MAKE LOVE TO YOU BY HEART, WHAT ABOUT LOVE BY HEART, SPENDING MY TIME BY ROXETTE....wow my list could go on and on and on. I'm such a fan of this music. But I hope I've already given you enough reference to start with. Enjoy your head bangin'!
