stress out - how stress people look like

Guys.. recently i stress too much..especially thinking about how my future will be...what do u guys to handle ur stress out? i think im not smile for over than a year now :(

Instead of stressing over your future, you should make coherent plans about your future and stick to them. Yeah - it's so crazy and hard to think about the future - as there are so many things to think about! But you need to realize that all decisions don't need to be made RIGHT NOW, although making a tentative plan never hurt anything. I find hte most helpful thing for me is to break things down into smaller tasks and to not make any hasty decisions. You'll be fine. Having someone to talk to can also help manage your stress.

Well, not smiling is no good! It is proven that if you smile, you will feel better. It will actually make you feel happier. It has some affect on the brain. Also, dealing with stress, I recommend yoga! Really! It is amazing how calmed you will feel. Also, prayer and meditation. Take morning walks and pray (if you're religious). It also helps tons. I recommend writing in a diary too. It is fabulous. Ranting about things and writing them out can help immensely.

There are many way to come out from stress. 1) Close your eyes say 'hari om' or 'om namah shivaya' slowly. 2) Listen light music with very low tune. 3) Play with kids 4) Take bath and sleep well. Once you get up from sleep, you feel better.
