How much we love our spouse?

We all commit mistakes in our life and sometime we fight also with our spouse. Generally, it happens in every family. However, after sometime, situation becomes normal. It is said such fights on petty issues make love stronger between husbands and wives.
There is, however, no meter to measure extent of love between husband and wife or between two partners who live with each other without marriage. We know we love our spouse and the children also know about it. Similarly, the neighbours know about it. Such love is abstract in nature and it can't be measured. Behaviour of the partner is real reflection of such love.
Is there any other way to find out how much we love our spouse.

love has a very general meaning. in a family life relationship there need to be love. love here does not always mean you ready to die for the one you love. but to me love means respect, you should be able to accept for what he or she is. that is easy to say but very difficult to do. so, if we love our spouse it means that we respect him and accept him for what he is, strengths and weakness

hi udaymohan Yes we all do that and we have little spats but making up can be so much fun but if there are big spats thats a different story
and we do love one another.Yes the behavior of each one tells how much or litte we love each other. so many times love is shown in quiet gestures like a cup of coffee first thing in the morning or that steaming hot dinner when a working wife come home to an invalid husband who loves to cook and to please her too. I do not know of any other concrete way
to show we love someone except through words and deeds. It is abstract b but also very real.
