Cannot access site

I've been wondering how come I cannot access one ptc site example "neobux" which appears that there was an existing IP add using the same account? Do you experience the same? Is it possible that my pc was hacked? What will I do? help...

Jasminetea, I didn't really get your problem. Did you mean you can't access your neobux account due to someone else is already signed in using your IP address? It sounds like someone else is sharing you Internet connection, every Internet Service Provider only gives one IP address only. So maybe this person has signed up for neobux account using your IP address, and now that is why you cannot log in because.
But if I was wrong then maybe someone else in on your account too but then it should with the IP address then, not really making sense to me. You can still contact the admin using the contact us form, and tell you problem to him.
