Can I use my EON as a bank account in Paypal?

Is it an EON Debit Card? If yes then yes of course it can function as a debit card and bank account at the same time. After linking you debit card to your paypal account then go and add a bank account after that and you can enter your bank account number there. As long as it's a debit card then you should be ok.
