How is your feeling when a new colleague enter into your Department ?

Dear Mylotters, The first time when I got a job and went to work was bad experience. No one talked to me or showed me that what should be done. It seem that my appearance made people in Department uncomfortable. Next week, my department will welcome the newcomer. From my experience, I will show him that we are very happy with his presence and he feel that he is so lucky when being here. His contribution will make our department stronger and people will help him in the first works and all of us will be good colleague.
