relationship problem

have you experience the problem which your roommate and you have very different work schedules.and you always complain of each other.now i meet the problem but i can not deal with it ,if you meet the situation how can you deal with it ,give your answer.

There is an answer for this. Change your room... Get into a new house and start from there !!!!
