Do you know Anwar Ibrahim? He is Malaysian opposition leader and promoting himself as a US friendly Asian leader. He is known as a moderate Islam who is always giving talk in US universities. Has making friend with several well known US's jewish figures. Several months ago to win support at home he made a heated anti-Israel speech in Malaysian national mosque. You know Israel commandos killed at least 6 un-armed Turks when a ship want to send food and necessity to Gaza. So, after this speech people here saw Anwar Ibrahim as an Islam hero! What many Malaysian people did not know is several days after making the speech Anwar Ibrahim fly to US and met several jewish leader and opologize for what he had saying during the speech. He regret it he said. I think this kind of act of Anwar Ibrahim is the worst and comes from the worst person, what do you think?

Actually, Anwar is not the only one nor is he the first politician from Malaysia to make such stupid comments. There are some from the UMNO party as well. Overall, I think the Malaysia government should take an overall look at themselves.

Nothing wrong with anti-Israel comment because nobody likes Israel anyway. I meant a person is free to like or dislike Israel, it is a freedom of speech. But the fact that Anwar Ibrahim said he hate Israel in Malaysia and quietly opologize to jewish leader in US reveals that he is a man of no principle. Jewish leader in US should spit on this guy face..

Zionist is not equal to a Jew,some pro-Zionists are Christians(e.g. David Pawson) and Muslims(e.g. Dr. Tawfik Hamid). Some Jews are anti-Zionist like Neturei Karta

It is difficult to trust politicians. Anwar is a very ambitious politician and being a good orator, his speeches are very convincing. Unfortunately his political career is dented by his political enemies. To clear his name of all the accusations in his own turf, he is now masterminding his political survival by going out to get the world attention. Given the chance I think he can be a successful leader.

I admire him for the natural gift of the gab that he has. Even when he does not answer a question by talking about something else, many become mesmerised by his words. Unfortunately he has in a way misused the gift in order to reach his goal, and that is to become the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Whatever I say may be denied by him and/or his supporters, so I shall not go into details. From my experience working for one of the companies which supported him, from the words of his school mate who happens to be a PAS member, from the reports given by certain people, and from my own observations, I believe he is not to be trusted. To some people the goal or aim justifies the means.
