OK, Palinites, Here's Your Chance to Tell Sarah to Run!!

All of us, both Sister Sarah's adoring fans, her detractors and those somewhere in the middle have heard her answer the question of whether she'll be running for President in 2012 many times in her own unique, often hard to comprehend fashion. She's spoken of doors being opened, of God telling her and of seeing the need for her to serve. Finally she's put it in a way we can all understand - "I'll run for President if the American people want me to!" Since we're all aware - or SHOULD be - that she doesn't necessarily consider all of us "American people" equally, I'm sure if she gets enough of her most loyal fans to respond to the following poll you'll get your wish, and so will the left who is dying to run against her...lol! http://www.page2live.com/2010/10/07/sarah-palin-in-west-palm-beach-ill-run-for-president-if-the-american-people-want-me-to/ Any takers? Please vote and let us know how you voted! Annie

..Hi there annie, Thanks for the link. I voted Yes. Of all of the wannabe's I do think she would be the easiest one to beat in 2012. But remener W, who was elected not once but twice. So sometimes the American people like torture. We will see. This woman quit the governship, just left the office for fame, money and glory, now she wants to run for president of the US. There are wars going on and she doesn't even know what the VP does. Ask her to explain an economic policy or what the Federal Reserve does? Some things are beyond belief, but if the country wants a another nice numbskull, this time with great legs and a cute wink, then I say again, let them eat cake. Cheers.

Artistry, I know it's said that one can't "prove a negative", but I think we all have an idea what things would be like had McCain/Palin won in 2008. For one thing, she'd probably have quit by now...lol; but seriously, while we all can agree the stimulus hasn't worked well enough or fast enough because it WASN'T enough through no real fault of the President, it has helped and the economy IS getting better and President Obama has already "flipped" job creation by 11 million. There were 8 millions jobs lost during the Bush Administration - that's 8 years - and there have been 3 million jobs gained during the Obama Administration to date - not even 2 years. I'm dying to know how soon the right thinks their much ballyhooed Republican Majority will "fix" the economy and lower the unemployment rate. Surely they'll be able to do it in less than two years, right? I'm sure if they do the same things they'd done for eight years they will miraculously work this time... Annie

...Welllll, It seems as if over 50% of the country which I would assume you are not a part of, have an unfavorable opinion of your love Sarahlee, I wonder why? I guess you think that someone who does not read, does not study, has no idea what the VP of the US does even while she is running for the office, can be an effective anything then I guess I can understand your thought process. This man has made HISTORY I say again, by getting through more legislation to help the people and this country, than any other recent president including Lyndon Johnson. So all your chatter about him matters not! Your hatred blinds you. Look in wonder as he goes on in spite of you and others who would like to see John poor person with dementia McCain and Sarah what can you say? No body wants to endorse her in her own party Palin in the Oval Office. Sarah can't rationlize two thoughts at the same time and she could understand an economic policy, or even what the Federal Reserve does?? Please. What are you on? Notice the stock market at 11,000 on Friday, when he "oh horrible ineffective president" started it was at 8,000! Cheers.

I voted yes. I want her to run for President so her illusion of grandeur can get shattered into a million pieces. Then she can be relegated to the trash hemp of former politicians who do not matter any more. She needs to run or she will turn into Newt Gingrich you know the politician that everyone opines about running for President every time an election comes around.

I voted yes, too for pretty much the same reason. I think Sarah already thinks she's another Newt; the only difference is, Newt actually IS intelligent, he just likes to say really stupid things. Not to mention he's the most immoral crook on the planet and the biggest hypocrite to boot. Annie

Ah, whiteheather39, so nice to hear one voice of reason in this discussion. As one supporter told the nation, she is tired of making excuses for him. How could anyone elected to be president, be such a total washout.

Sarah will do whatever she thinks will make her the most money. I really don't think she'd like to spend a whole four years in a position that legally restricts her from profiting from that position while she holds it. I'm pretty sure she prefers being a potential candidate than an actual office holder, if only because she's already quit one office that she held.

I voted yes because well I hope she wins the primary and so that way we can guarantee the GOP won't win an election for the next 20 years as the party will be destroyed by her. And well unfortanatly it will mean the Democrats will have a good hold on the government for 20 years but oh well at least then the third parties could make up for what the Christan right has done to a once not so insane party. And maybe we can get some other parties involved in our government with Palin completely destroying the GOP. So I voted yes because of the reason stated above and also so we can see her get slaughtered in the debates and also by the media even Fox will have to tear her up for here pure stupidity. South Africa is the southern part of the Nation of Africa or I can see Russia from my house or what was it the Russian president stops in Alaska before going to the White House. Sorry but the Russian President comes from Moscow Russia which is farther away from Alaska than it is for him to fly to Washington D.C I mean really she can't be president because she lacks the ability to use logic and reason and doesn't even know how to finish a term as governor she is a quitter and that is what will destroy her she quits.

...Totally agree, but the country is going to go through ten years or more of hades because the tea party is destroying the GOP as we speak, and I am sure that John McCain if he is honest, is ruing the day he pulled Sarahlee "you betcha" up on the stage. Cheers.

Not because I disagree with her politically, but because I don't think she's presidential material is why I voted No. She might be popular with many of the American citizens, but I can see her presidency being like Carters where neither party in Washington would be happy she was there. I know Carter thinks he accomplished a lot, but most think of him as a failed president. I can see happening to Palin what happened with Carter.

I think it would be disastrous for the nation were Sarah Palin to seek and gain the highest office in the world, anniepa. Her popularity with the right is not based upon any kind of political savvy. That was made clear during her bid for the vp a couple of years ago. I really hate the superior attitude of the right-wingers, and she is right there at the top of the list. So, you can imagine that my vote in the poll was an emphatic "No."

It sure would be disastrous but, thankfully, I don't think there's any chance she could win a general election for any national office. Most here don't believe she could win the Republican nomination, but I'm not so sure. They've moved pretty far to the right and primary voters and caucus attendees are the most vocal among the voters and not necessarily mainstream. Also, as the most recent VP candidate, some in the GOP may consider it to be her "turn", which is how they often choose their nominees. Annie

Still girl crushing on Palin I see. I don't want her to run. I think she's way more qualified than that thing in the white house, but I figure people like you would do what they did to Clinton and make a mockery of the presidency. Oh wait, I forgot you support Ovomit. Too late-you already voted to mock the country. My bad.

Thanks for your good clear thinking. Yes, ovomit has a good ring to it. I wonder if that is his American name. As he continues to do in his never ending campaign, he continues to mock America, the American people, American history and democracy.

There is no way in hell I want that Barbie wannabe (aka Bushette) anywhere near the Oval Office. I honestly believe that our country would be destroyed within a couple years if she and her ilk were in charge. As you can surmise, I voted a resounding NO!!!!!!! Unfortunately, the YESes are running 2:1. This country has lost its mind and its direction and is trying to go back to the days when we were subjected to kings and popes. Un-flipping-believable!!!

LOL! Can't beat Florida! Actually, Annie, I voted "yes" because I believe that the only way to get this wackjob out of this country's hair is for her to lose another election. There's no way she'll win the primary and receive the nomination anyway.

I don't consider myself a "Palinite" and I don't particularly care if Sarah runs for President or not. But, like Whiteheather, I'd vote for anyone, including the Pillsbury Doughboy, to rid this country of the scourge that is the illegal alien, domestic enemy Barack Hussein Obama. What I do know it this: In the first place, she is infinitely more qualified that Obumma because she's actually eligibile Constitutionally and legally to run for and sit in that office. (Maybe the Doughboy is, too: I'll have to think about that one!) You see, she is the "natural born" child of TWO US CITIZENS. In the second place, she has infinitely more ability, having run a state as executive and given her constituents MONEY BACK instead of stealing it from them, being able to speak without a teleprompter, being able to express genuine caring and emotion, being able to withstand the harsh treatment of political enemies and the MSM, as opposed to the arrogant whiner, who won't allow ANYONE to utter a "peep" against his ineptitude, disgusting attitude toward our country, or any of his unconstitutional, criminal policies, or ineligiblity, as he steals our money illegally to cover it up. What is really sad is that McCain sort of "threw" the election because of the blackmail and criminal element that is Obama and his terrorist backers and fellow thugs. He also let the cry of "racism" be used to maneuver and manipulate people's emotions. He didn't fight to have the usurper exposed or even subjected to hearings re his eligibility as he himself was. I could see the sadness in Palin's eyes when I awoke to the nightmarish reality that "Obama had taken the election". I knew that she knew that something was wrong, as did I. I knew in my heart that couldn't be true, as I had gone to bed knowing McCain had won. Then, of course, finding out about the over 2000 election violations, including Black Panther intimidation in not letting Philadelphians vote, and Indiana students bussed in to vote for O,seen on national TV folks, with the person reporting in silhoutte fearing reprisals, and so many other documented crimes and fraud, even reported by strong Democrat Gigi Gaston, confirmed my belief and understanding. How very tragic that an American hero, from a long-serving military family, and a bright and caring strong and savvy woman, were robbed of the chance to serve our country capably and well, and not subject us to treason, ineptitude, and servitude, stealing all that is ours, including our freedom and sovereignty!

Excellent well thought out response. It is refreshing to see an intelligent response after reading so many frivolous responses and comments from some users who cannot respond or comment with intelligence. Of course I should expect no more from Obama besotted fans and the British toady who does not have a clue regarding American Politics.

Many thanks for your continual discerning comments and for seeking truth and justice in face of what is happening in our nation. It's abominable or is it Obaminable? Not that he's responsible for all the ills of the world - just most of them! Seriously, though, I sure hope we pull through this one. More thoughts later. Many blessings to you!
