Do you consider yourself a successful person?

I had so many frustrations in life. As time goes by, I continue striving hard to fulfill these frustrations, but I always end up being loser. I consider myself as a loser because none of my plans, goals, strategies and acts succeed. My mom pass away after giving birth to my little brother and the rest of her duties are assigned in me since I'm the only girl remain in the family. Our father leave us few months after the burial. That three years living without our mother seems too tough for me because my elder brother is not mature enough to handle our family therefore, I have to do sacrifices. I am about 1 year graduate of Business Management but I don't have a work nor a small business at all. I want to work abroad but my work experience is not enough to be qualified to the positions I applied for. I am always on contractual basis as a factory worker which only last for 5 mos. I wanted to put up a business but I don't have enough fund at all. Now, I'm here making money online, hoping that another good start for me to earn money to fulfill the things we need and wants.

Here the question of belief and of faith comes. I fully understand your position.Many face family and financial problems.Mostly it is men.In your case it has unfortunately fallen on a young girl like you.One thing you remember that bad days will not remain for ever and good days are bound to come for you soon.Just like day comes after night and that night will not remain for ever good days should come to you.It is God's willYou need not doubt it.What you reaquire at this stage i s boldness and perseverence.Don't worry about your failure."Failures are stepping stones to success"Remain bold.God s with you to guide and lead you to a very happy life.My blessings.Remember this old man when you reach success and happiness in life...

There's a some of people like you have a common stories, but i salute all of you because on your believed and good thought in life. i know theres some time we feel weak and alone but i would like you to know that im your fan and believers that you can do and looking forward to get better future. cute pa naman ng smile mo! ingat

hi,yes i can consider me as a successful person because of my planned achievements.I succeeded in achieving my desired studies..desired job..desired partner...well behaved children...desired own house...controlled health of entire family as per my wish/activities...good relation with neighbors..relations...

You are a good sister and I don't think you are a loser! Stop thinking that way. You should always think positive and be thankful of what you have. Learn to appreciate the things that you have done.
For sure good things will come in God's time. =)

I am successful. I speak my reality, if you speak your reality, you will become whatever you are speaking.
Visualize, use self talk, and keep focused on your goals, and you are successful too.
Think what you want, and make your plan, and go over your plan twice each day, once in the morning and once in the evening before bed, always focusing on the next step, keep the steps small. Just focus on the next step, one at a time. And keep telling yourself through out the day, how you want to be, as though you are already that.
For instance, instead of saying, I am going to have a job abroad...say, I have a job abroad, and picture yourself in your dream job...
What country do you want to work in, and what about that country appeals to you?

No I can’t consider myself as a successful person. Because yet I have not earning anything because I want to make to true my some dreams and after fulfilling my dreams I can say that I am a successful person. But yet the situation is other and I am struggling for a good jobs.

Success is really in the eye of the person. Even if I do not do things right, in many ways, messing up can be a success, in some twisted way. As long as it is not too big of a blunder. I mean, there are many valuable lessons that can be learned from mistakes, that could be the foundation of being a successful person in life. Therefore, it depends on what success is.
In general, I think of myself as a rather successful person. I have made my share of mistakes. Therefore, life is going to be what you make of it in many ways. I think that I am always looking for new opportunities and new ways to better what I am doing. So that could be a mark of a successful person in many ways. So yeah, I guess I could really consider myself to be a successful person in the end.

Wow, your life sounds really hard so far, I admire you for being able to cope with it so well. I am sure not everyone would have been as responsible as you.
I think your luck will change too, eventually, you just need to give it some time since your family should really be your main priority right now.
If I were you, I would try to learn how to earn online, slowly, slowly (it takes time, I am afraid) and then you can make some money here in order to use for your business in the end. It is completely possible, you just need to work hard and be clever about it.

(as for myself, I do think I am fairly successful, I have a nice life and I have it all because of myself, I work hard and reach my goals on a regular basis)

Well done for being such a responsible sister. Where is you dad now by the way? Because you said they left you after sometimes after your mum gone.
I'm lucky because I still have my parents, but I also have many goals and dream that are not possible yet to fulfil, but I know it takes times and a hard work, so I'm always trying to keep working to achieve my goal.
Be patience, because not everything will happen so easily. It takes time, energy, and courage. Your brother will also grow up and become mature to somebody handle the family matter and help you.

i'm not absoultley where i want to be in life right now
i'm a college student still living with my parents.
but i do think i'm on the path to being successful
i'm in school, studying,and working to be where i want to be.
so no, not completely successful just yet. but i'm working towards it!

its just the beginning, countinue working and u will reach ur goals.. ur hard life will make u a strong responsible girl.. I think u are successful cuz although u had a hard time, u could continue ur study and not all the ppl could do that.. dont give up this life and we should know how to deal with it
