Channels that should change its name?

There was once a time that MTV- Music Television- actually focused on music: music artists, music videos, new albums, etc. Now, it seems like every time I flip past the channel, a teen reality show is on. The only time music is on the Music Television channel is late at night or early early in the morning when insomniacs are up. The end of it actually being music channel was when TRL ended.
Another channel that might need to change its title is Cartoon Network. It's no longer the 24/7 cartoon channel that I grew up loving. Sometimes it plays regular shows with actors.
There are probably other channels that no longer live up to their names. Can you think of any?

I have to agree about the BBC, as my husband comments about all the reruns. There is no way you could miss a show, as it runs so many times you don't need to record anything.
My husband had the same comments as you about the Cartoon Channel, as he use to watch it a lot with our daughter. It sure has changed a lot. My daughter used to watch MTV years ago, but hasn't turned it on for a couple of years.

Maybe you and the poster above should start a petition to tell BBC of your grievances or something because that does sound like it could become annoying.
I don't think anyone who use to watch MTV would be able to watch it now. Its no longer what it use to be. For me, Cartoon Channel is hanging on a thread. Every now and then they show the cartoons I'm use to like Scooby Doo.

I think that the BBC 1 should change it's name to BBC Repeat. Every time I flick to a BBC channel it always seems to be a repeat they are showing.
Very annoying, considering we pay the Licence Fee to give them money to make decent shows.

I don't watch BBC often but according to you and the post below, it sounds like they need to correct this. No one wants to watch repeats all the time.
