How to use wordpress blog? free? how to publish my wordpress blog to public?

Few days ago I download a wordpress for blog, but its very difficult for me to use. first I don't know how to change the url(address). second I don't know how I can public my site to others, let the others are able to see my site. third I want to import my mac iweb to wordpress, its possible?

You might want to try Blogger instead because it is a lot easier over there. Sorry I'm a technotard so I have no idea what a mac iweb is.
