Neobux: My account deleted.

This has happened to me for the second time....! My Neobux account does not exist at all... I had signed up on this site and then clicked ads for few days and then became inactive for some reasons. However, when I decided that I should now become active again, my account does not exist. So I tried to sign up again and that is also not supported by the site as I receive the message the username and email id alread in use. Perhaps they have locked my IP address. I do not understand what must be done now. Can you help me out?
