-_-" okay so I missed out on my cousin's wedding. :( Just for future references, what side does the bride go anyways? Left or right? I seen pictures where the audience is facing the alter and she's on the left... If they were facing the alter... I heard she is suppose to be on the left, although which left?!? The alter facing the people left? Or people facing the alter?!? I only mention alter coz that's cliche in most weddings... Does anyone know?

I'm married and the bride should be on the left of the groom. When facing the altar, left of the altar. But after the wedding (picture taking for example), I think it doesn't matter anymore. The couple would usually face the audience without switching places and so, the bride is now on the right of the groom. Looking back, we had photos after the wedding and still in Church, that i was on his left and some others where I'm on my husband's right. don't know if this helps, but you get a picture of how it was done in our wedding.

If I'm not mistaken, if the groom and the bride are facing the alter then the bride will be standing on the left side of her groom but on the right side of the alter or the priest since they are facing each other lol.. The last time I attended wedding ceremony was a month and a half before so I'm pretty sure that I'm correct with my answer Have a nice day!
